Operating rules
GPS tracking on work routes only
Location is recorded from the moment a driver starts a work journey until the last job is completed.
Require hotel signature on collection
A hotel representative must sign before the driver departs.
Require independent receiving count
The plant must count every consignment without seeing the driver count first.
Block discrepancy auto-resolution
A supervisor must always decide how a discrepancy is resolved.
Offline capture on driver app
Jobs are saved on the handset and synchronised when connection returns.
Human verification of digitised paper records
AI-extracted values must be confirmed by a person before posting.

Audit policy
- Every record stores who created it, the date, time, location and device.
- Collection, receiving, processed, rewash, delivered and accepted counts are separate fields.
- Signatures and photographs are attached to the record they were captured against.
- Status history is never overwritten, only appended.
